To Delete Contacts from the Address Book Page
- Select the contacts from the list displayed.
- Click Delete.
- When a message confirming which contacts to delete is displayed, click OK to
remove the selected contacts.
Create an Invitation List
You can add attendees from an address book in the Search Results page.
To Select Attendees
- Choose the required option from the first drop down menu. The option, Display
Name, is selected by default. There are five options to be selected from
the drop down menu as follows:
Display Name
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone
- Choose the required option from the second drop down menu. The option, contains,
is selected by default. There are four options to be selected from the
drop down menu as follows:

- Enter the search criteria in the text field.
- Select the required address book to search from the drop-down menu.
The options available are:
Personal Address Book
Corporate Address Book
Subscribed Address Book, if any
- Click Search.
List of names matching the search criteria are displayed.
- When the names matching the search criteria are displayed, select the contacts from
the list by clicking on the corresponding check book.
If there are more entries, click Next or Previous to look at
another set of contacts.
- Click Add Invitees.
