To Subscribe to an Individual's Shared Folder
Click your email address in the left pane of the Mail tab to display the Folders page.
Click the Subscribe icon to display the Subscribe to Shared Folders window.
From the drop-down menu, select Search Shared Folders by User and Click Go to display the Select User ID window.
Complete the following steps to define your search criteria:
From the Full name drop-down menu, select the element you want to find. Options are Full name, First name, Last Name, Email, User ID, and Phone #.
From the contains drop-down menu, select the type of search you want. Options are contains, is, sounds like, and begins with or ends with.
In the text field, enter the keyword or keywords you want to find.
Click Search. Users that match your search criteria are listed.
Select a User ID to subscribe to that user's shared folder, and click OK to display a list of folders and owners of those folders.
Select the folders you want to subscribe to, and click Subscribe.
To close the page without subscribing to a shared folders, click Cancel.
To Subscribe to All Shared Folders
Click your email address in the left pane of the Mail tab to display the Folders page.
Click the Subscribe icon to display the Subscribe to Shared Folders window.
From the drop-down menu, select All Shared Folders and click Go to display a list of all private folders shared by other users in the organization.
Select the folders you want to subscribe to, and click Subscribe. The subscribed folder is listed as a shared folder in the Folders page.
To Unsubscribe from a Shared Folder
Click your email address in the left pane of the Mail tab to display the Folders page.
Select the folder you no longer want, and from the Folder Actions drop-down menu, select Unsubscribe Folder.
When the alert message appears, click OK to remove the folder from your list of shared folders.
Sorting Messages
By default, messages within a folder are sorted with the latest message at the top and oldest message at the bottom. You can change how messages are arranged in the Inbox, Sent Mail, Trash, and Draft pages.
To Set Sort Order
Select how you want your messages displayed.
Your choices are displayed in ascending or descending order:
By date Received or Sent
By sender or recipient name, displayed as From or To
By message Size, Subject, or Priority
By read or unread status, shown in the envelope column
By Attachment presence
Go to the Inbox, Sent Mail, Trash, or Draft page.
Click the option or icon that corresponds to your choice:
From or To to display messages alphabetically by the sender's or receiver's name. Click From or To again to sort messages in reverse alphabetical order.
Size to sort the messages by size in ascending order. Click Size again to sort the messages in descending order.
Subject to sort messages alphabetically by each message's subject text on the Subject line. Click Subject again to sort messages in reverse alphabetical order.
Status to separate unread and read messages, followed by messages that you forwarded, replied to, deleted (read or unread), or replied to and deleted.
Attachment to sort and group messages with and without attachments.
Priority to sort messages by degree of importance. Options are Urgent, Non-Urgent, or Normal.
Received or Sent to sort messages by date. The latest message appears first by default. Click Received or Sent again to display oldest messages first. The Date format setting you select in the Options tab determines the format of the date.
