The Calendar Time Zone displays your default time zone. For example, GMT + 05:30. The number you see on the right indicates the offset in hours from GMT. The calendar time zone can be set in the New Calendar window or in the Edit Calendar window. Individual calendars are displayed in their time zone if the option “When displaying a single calendar use its time zone” is selected in the Options - Calendar window of the Options tab. Multiple calendars are displayed in your default time zone.

View the Calendar Access URL

The calendar URL that appears at the bottom of the Day, Week, Month, and Year calendar provides the URL to your selected calendar.

Note - The Calendar Access URL will be visible only if you have Read permission to the calendar. You will not be able to see this link if you have been granted only the Availability permission for calendars you have subscribed to.

The Calendar Access URL will not appear in temporary calendars and calendar groups.

The URL contains a snap shot of your default calendar.

You can also cut and paste the link into an email. When the person receiving the link clicks it, a read-only copy of your calendar is displayed. They will not be able to create new events on your calendar or view the Task pane. They will, however, be able to view your entire calendar and print it.

If you want others to be able to read and search for details of your public events using the URL, you must grant Read permission to all users. For instructions on how to set permissions, see Permissions.

If you have given all users only the Availability permission, the person who receives the calendar access URL link will see only a free/busy rendition of the calendar with no event details.
