Week View
Click the Week tab to view the week’s calendar. The Week view displays the events for the week containing the referenced date. For example, if today is Wednesday the 15th, and the week starts on a Sunday, then the week displayed in the Week view would include Sunday the 12th through Saturday the 18th.
You can set the first day of the week, your working days, and weekends in the Options tab. Each day is apportioned into time periods as in the Day view. The week’s view displayed depends on the calendar setting you choose. For example you can set the week to begin on a Wednesday, and the working days as Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday, and specify not to show Saturday and Sunday on your week’s calendar.
To view the calendar for another date, use the “Jump to:” or the Miniature Calendar to select a date and view that day’s calendar.

Click Today to view the events and tasks scheduled for the current day.
Note - You can use the “Jump to:” to jump to a day, up to a maximum of, 5 years ahead of the current day.
To View Events of a Week
- In the week view you can select the Type of event from the drop-down list to view events for the week classified under the selected category. The available categories are: All, Appointment, Breakfast, Business, Conference Call, Dinner, Holiday, Lunch, Meeting, Personal, Seminar, Training, Travel, Vacation, Anniversary, Birthday, Call, Class, Interview, and Others.
- Click Go. A list of events for the selected category is displayed in
the calendar grid.

Month View
Click the Month tab, to view a month’s calendar. The Month view displays the events for the month containing today’s date. For example, if today is May 25th, the month view displays the calendar for the month of May.
You can define your calendar’s week in the Options tab. The days are displayed in the month’s calendar depending on your settings in the Options - Calendar window for the first day of the week, your weekly holidays, and whether you have enabled the display of the weekends in the calendar. For example, you can set the week to begin on a Wednesday, and the working days to be Thursday, Friday, Monday, and Tuesday and specify not to show Saturday and Sunday on your month’s calendar. Your personalized month calendar will display days with the week beginning on a Wednesday through Friday and then Monday and Tuesday.
The month calendar may also display days of the previous month. For example, if the first day of May falls on a Wednesday, the last few days of the previous month (Sunday through Tuesday) are displayed in the calendar and are marked as 4/28, 4/29, 4/30 to indicate that these are days of the previous month. The first and the subsequent days of the week for the month of May, are indicated as 1, 2, 3 and so on. This is also true for the days of the next month.
Although the days of the previous month and the next month appear in grey, the events for these days are not displayed in the current calendar, as these events belong to days of a different month. You can view the events for these days by viewing the calendars for these months.
In the month view you can select the Type of event from the drop-down list to view events for the month classified under the selected category. The available categories are: All, Appointment, Breakfast, Business, Conference Call, Dinner, Holiday, Lunch, Meeting, Personal, Seminar, Training, Travel, Vacation, Anniversary, Birthday, Call, Class, Interview, and Others..
Click Go. A list of events for the category is displayed in the calendar grid.
Click the right arrow that appears at the start of every week in the calendar grid to view the week’s calendar.
Click the day number in the calendar grid to view the calendar for the day in the day view.
Within the Month’s calendar you can:

Year View
Click the Year tab to view the calendar for the current year. In the Year view, no events are shown.
You can view another year or month’s calendar using the “Jump to” tool.
Click the name of the month to view the Month’s calendar, or click on a specific day to view the day’s calendar for that date. Click on the right arrow that appears at the start of every week in the calendar grid to view the week’s calendar.
Click Today to view the events and tasks scheduled for the current day.
The day last displayed in the main view is highlighted. That is, if you were displaying today’s date, then today’s day is highlighted in the year calendar.

Events
Click the Events tab. Depending on the view from which the Events tab is selected, the events list displays events scheduled for the day, week, or month in the Current Calendar. By default, events are sorted by the Start Date.
From the Events page you can:
Search for Events in the Calendar
You can search for a specific event in the current calendar.

- Enter the search criteria in the text field and click Search.
- The Event Search Result window displays the events matching the criteria.
- Click the Events List link to return to the Events page.
View Event
To View an Event
- Choose a View from the drop-down list. The options available are month,
day, and year.
- Select the category of events to be displayed from the Show drop-down list.
The options available are: Events for the Day, Events for the Week, or Events for the Month.
Note - If you access the Events tab from the Day view, the events
for the day are displayed in the Events page. For example, if the
events tab is accessed when viewing the calendar for 15th May 2003 in
the Day view, swapping to the Events tab will display the events for
15th May in the Events page. The View drop-down list will display May
15, 2003 and the Show drop-down list is defaulted to “Events for the
Day.”
Similarly, if the Events tab is accessed from the Week or the Month
view, the events for the week or month that contains the selected date
is displayed in the Events window, and depending on the view from which
the Events tab is accessed, the Show drop-down list is defaulted to “Events
for the Week” or “Events for the Month.”
- Select the Type of event from the drop-down list. The available categories are:
All, Appointment, Breakfast, Business, Conference Call, Dinner, Holiday, Lunch, Meeting, Personal, Seminar, Training,
Travel, Vacation, Anniversary, Birthday, Call, Class, Interview, and Others.
- Click Go. A list of events matching the filter criteria are displayed in
the Events window. If there are no events matching the search criteria, the
message, “No Match Found” is displayed in the Events list table.
- In the Events window, click the event Title you want to view.
The View Event window displays the Event Details and the Attendees status details.
- Click Close to exit the View Event window.
Event Details
To View an Event
- Choose a View from the drop-down list. The options available are month, day, and year.
- Select the category of events to be displayed from the Show drop-down list.
The options available are: Events for the Day, Events for the Week, or Events for the Month.
Note - If you access the Events tab from the Day view, the events for the day are displayed in the Events page. For example, if the events tab is accessed when viewing the calendar for 15th May 2003 in the Day view, swapping to the Events tab will display the events for 15th May in the Events page. The View drop-down list will display May 15, 2003 and the Show drop-down list is defaulted to “Events for the Day.”

- Click Go. A list of events matching the filter criteria are displayed in the Events window. If there are no events matching the search criteria, the message, “No Match Found” is displayed in the Events list table.
- In the Events window, click the event Title you want to view.
The View Event window displays the Event Details and the Attendees status details.
- Click Close to exit the View Event window.
Event Details
The Event Details lists the Date, Time, Location, Organizer, Notes, Type, Privacy, Recurrence, Reminder details of the selected event.
Note - You cannot edit this information.
Attendees
The total number of people and the names of contacts who have accepted, declined, not yet accepted, or are tentative and the attendee comments to the RSVP is displayed.
